Rainbows may be tough to find when it’s sunny outside, but with some colorful paper and some velocity, you can create your own rainbow effect!

In this video tutorial, Jessie shows you how to make a colorful Paper Spinner!

Watch as Jessie takes paper strips, construction paper, and a wooden skewer and turns them into a twirly toy. After making your own Paper Spinner, give it a spin and see what happens to the colors!

Materials needed:

• 1/2” paper strips
• Construction paper
• Wooden skewer
• Scissors
• Glue / tape
