Money management is an important part of life, and learning to count change is one of the first steps toward becoming smart with money. Being able to add up coins will help you develop the skills to both spend and save money!

To help you build your money-counting skills, we partnered with Gesa Credit Union for a Money Counting Cut & Paste Activity.

Cut out the coins at the bottom of the page, choose a total amount to put in your piggy bank, and see if you can pick the right coins to make that total. Play on our own or challenge a friend—there’s often more than one way to reach the same amount!
