Need some inspiration to get started? Here are some goals you can set to make the most of your summer:
- Make your bed
- Brush your teeth
- Eat fruits & vegetables
- Drink plenty of water
- Read 20 minutes
- Complete an art project
- Play outside
- Participate in a sport
- Get enough sleep
- Do some chores (feed the dog, water plants, etc.)
Track your progress throughout the summer and see how many goals you can consistently accomplish. You got this!
