No equipment needed, just enough open space on the ground for you to lay down on your stomach. In this video, Jon shows you how to do the workout.
Try to do three sets of 10 – 12 reps each set. It’ll burn, but it’s a great way to strengthen your upper and lower back muscles. Remember to control your breathing.
