In this video, Jon shows you a simple workout you can do pretty much anywhere – in your home, backyard, at a park – you just need enough space to stretch out your body. 🙆‍♂️

 

You start with a push-up, then do a side-plank and hold it before repeating.  This workout is great for building upper body strength, specifically your oblique abdominal muscles.
