Breakdancing Moves: How To Do A Corkscrew

We’re back with another video in our ongoing Breakdancing Series!

In this video tutorial, Adrian breaks down How To Do A Corkscrew.

This is a great transitional move to get you down to the ground in an impressive way so you can do footwork, or you can corkscrew back up to go into top rocks. Performing a corkscrew helps to make those transitions seamless and gives your routine more style.

Some breakdancing tips:

  • Make sure you’re dancing in an open-space area (give yourself plenty of room)
  • If you’re going to breakdance outside, you can lay down some cardboard on top of concrete to dance safely and smoothly
  • Take it slow, drink water, and have fun!
