With stress, anxiety, and uncertainty surrounding many of us right now, it can be easy to forget about taking a moment to take care of ourselves.

 

In this video, Jon takes you through one of his favorite breathing exercises as a way to relax and clear his mind.

 

This exercise may be helpful to you, or it may inspire you to do another breathing exercise that works best for you.

 

Important note: All of us are different, so if you do this breathing exercise or others, please go at your own pace. You do not need to match Jon’s breathing tempo in this video. This video only demonstrates how Jon does this exercise.
